The research shows that just by changing your posture and how you breathe, you can have a major improvement with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic pain, and even insomnia! Today I’m interviewing world-renowned expert, researcher, and author Dr. Erik Peper to explain just how this works and, as always, bringing you practical tools to make the changes you want in your life.
As you know, I don’t do interviews often, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring you the research straight from the source today. Erik Peper, Ph.D., is an international authority on biofeedback and self-regulation and a professor of Holistic Health Studies at San Francisco State University. He’s President of the Biofeedback Foundation of Europe and past President of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback. He has been a recipient of their Distinguished Scientist Award in recognition of his outstanding career & scientific contributions. He’s authored numerous articles and books, and his most recent book called TechStress: How Technology is Hijacking Our Lives, Strategies for Coping, and Pragmatic Ergonomics is a game changer!
